
Anyone submitting a Lightspeed Link through an email must do so in accordance with the following:
- You must comply in all respects with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (also known as the Federal CAN Spam Act of 2003). NOTE: The Federal CAN Spam Act imposes requirements beyond those specified below.
- You must be able to demonstrate that the email list you use is OPT-IN. (In other words, you must be able to prove that the intended recipient gave you express permission to send them email.)
- The Lightspeed Link and any related offer can only be sent once to each recipient.
- The email must come from you through your own ISP. Your correct name and email address must appear in the "FROM" section of the email. You must also properly identify yourself in the body of the email and give your correct return email address and a full physical address should the recipient wish to contact you for any reason. To facilitate any requests to "unsubscribe" from further emails, your email must provide recipients with an active link to a working "unsubscribe" page.
